Copyright: Unless otherwise indicated, the Website and it's contents, including but not limited to all images, graphics, copy, and the site design are the property of ILIYA. No content or information shall be copied, transferred, reproduced, distributed, or modified without the expressed written consent of the Company. Requests to use any content contained within this site should be directed to the Company via e-mail at hello@iliyainvitations.com.au. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

Products: All content, specifications, products and prices of products and services described or depicted on the website are subject to change at any time without notice. We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including the applicable colors; however, the actual color you see will depend on your computer system and/or monitor and we cannot guarantee that your Computer will accurately display such colors. Sample packs are available for purchase.

All quotes can be customised according to your needs. Once payment is received the design process starts.

Your final invoice includes 2-3 concept deigns, necessary detail changes, final production, print and standard postage. Initial proofs will be emailed as a pdf within 3-5 working days.

Full payment is required before your artwork is created and emailed through to you for approval, unless agreed upon otherwise.

No refunds are accepted.

The price on the invoice provided includes up to 3 rounds of minor edits after the initial design is presented to the client. Please revise your proofs carefully before submitting a request to edit the design. These edits can be any of the following:

1. Alterations in text styles (font, size and colour).

2. Format and edit text.

3. Reposition graphics.

Any further alterations you request after the 3 rounds of edits and/or changes beyond the scope of the design brief will incur extra charges at ILIYA’s rate of $120 per hour.

Payment: Full payment is required before your artwork is created and emailed through to you for approval.

Payment can be made through the following:

- Paypal - secure payment via online (for all customers worldwide )

- Direct debit to the supplied bank account: (for Australian customers only )

Currency: All dollar amounts are in Australian Dollars.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are displayed where applicable and are included in the total. Despite our best efforts, items on the website may occasionally be mis-priced, errors (including processing errors) may occur. The Company shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If an error is discovered in the price or payment of any goods which you have ordered, you will be informed of this as soon as possible and you will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as a cancellation. If the order is canceled and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

The service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. The company reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. The company reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Approval: Your order will be processed for production after you approve the design. ILIYA Invitations will accept a written approval by email only. The final quantity order must be confirmed prior to production. Please ensure the final count includes extra copies as ILIYA Invitations may not hold any spare copies.

Once final sign off has been received, please allow 3-4 weeks for production, unless specified as priority.

We recommend delivery of your signage at least 1 week prior to the event. This includes digital files and prints.

Digital print can be produced within 2 weeks if marked as priority. Please allow extra time for foil, letterpress or special print techniques.

Proofing : You will receive an emailed proof of your design within 5 working days of placing your order, unless specified as priority. You will need to check this proof carefully for any errors or changes you’d like to make.

Let us know of any changes at this point. You are entitled to 3 rounds of changes. Further rounds of changes will be charged out accordingly. You will then be asked to send an approval email which effectively allows us to send your artwork to print. Thoroughly check your proof when you receive it.

Delivery: Shipping costs are additional based on the size of the order and shipping location, unless agreed upon otherwise. These are calculated upon quote request or at checkout at the Post Office. Orders are delivered via courier with signature required. Additional shipping costs apply to any new orders. We aim to send your entire order in one delivery, however if you have ordered any add-ons or extra cards please allow some time after receiving your order. Keep in mind additional shipping costs apply to any new orders.

Error: ILIYA Cannot be held responsible for any typing errors noticed after the proofs have been approved. Any amendments made after approval and printing will incur an extra charge. Please notify ILIYA immediately if you notice any errors on your stationery once you have received it. A request to edit the design via SMS will not be accepted. If any errors do occur after approval that differ from your approved artwork, your order will be corrected, printed and delivered at no charge. Client error after the proof has been approved can be reprinted at the clients expense. The re-print will be placed in the print cue at the time of second approval and will not be prioritised over other customer orders if the client is at fault.

Cancellations/ refunds: As everything we do is a custom design for each client we cannot offer a refund on our time, service or product. All products are made to order and once we have received your order and payment the work gets started, therefore we do not offer refunds. Please choose carefully upon ordering. We do encourage you to purchase a sample of our product before ordering so you can see for yourself the high quality and craftsmanship of our designs.

Loss or damage: ILIYA cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage in transit once the order has been dispatched. We will take the utmost of care to ensure safe and appropriate packaging and delivery methods are used. You will be supplied with a courier tracking number on the day that your package is collected from our studio so you can track your goods from door to door.

Handmade finishes: As letterpress is a handmade and manually pressed process, we can not guarantee every single card to be exactly the same. This is the beauty of a handmade finish. We use 100% cotton card which is a fluffy stock and sometimes can result in mottling, a reaction of the ink sinking into the cotton. This can sometimes cause a slight variation to the colouring of the final press. Letterpress is not a digital print finish, small blemishes from the plate or the foil can occur when creating a handmade finish.

A note on print: Stock shortages are occurring with specialty and cotton stocks so all quotes are subject to stock availability.

Supplying your event details: Request for a quote online. Additional wording can be supplied electronically via email after you have placed your order. Any invitation wording can be changed to suit your taste, however the amount of wording used will be limited to the constraints of the design and approved at the discretion of ILIYA. You will be asked to supply your guest list after you have approved your artwork proof. A guest list can be emailed to ILIYA in form of a spreadsheet. You are responsible for the correct names and spelling.

Colours: When viewing our designs on screen colours do vary depending on different monitors. We encourage you to purchase a sample pack so you can see for yourself the type of colours we work with. We have hand-selected the very best print suppliers around Australia to print our products who use top of the line printing press technology for all of our stationery.

Fonts: Each of our designs have been carefully chosen to suit the specific theme of the invitation. All of our fonts are paid fonts, unless specially asked otherwise. We will guide you towards making the right choice of replacement font styles and suggest other options from our list that will work best. We do not disclose font types under any circumstances to protect our design work and further print revenue.

All custom handwritten font styles including but not limited to all images, graphics and copy are the property of the Creator and ILIYA. All custom handwriting is copyright to the Creator, and licensed by ILIYA to use on agreed upon assets subject strictly to 1 x client. ILIYA has the right to promote and advertise usage of the design and to advertise the available calligraphy service. All promotions and advertising material must credit the creator at all times, under any circumstance. No content or information shall be copied, transferred, reproduced, distributed, or modified without the expressed written consent of the Creator and the Company. Requests to use any content contained within this site should be directed to the Company and the Creator via e-mail. Any breach of copyright will be pursued.

Custom design: Means an idea generated either by the client or a new concept created by ILIYA based on a client specification. The custom design service works on a design fee and then a printing fee as per our printing price structure in the online store. Request a quote for any custom design idea you have in mind. Any custom design project follows the same terms and conditions outlined in this document.

**Please note** the custom design fee covers our design time only. This fee does not entitle you to receive any finished artwork file that we may have created for you. Please discuss your needs with us prior to paying for your custom design. Any design ILIYA creates for you remains the sole property of ILIYA.

The custom design fee entitles the customer to 3 rounds of changes to their proof. Further rounds of changes will be charged out accordingly. Please take the time to check over your proof thoroughly and return any changes in 1 email as this is counted as your first round of changes. We do encourage you to send us as a very clear brief, as much detail, imagery, font and colour ideas as possible so we can nail your design right from the out-set and save you additional rounds of changes.

Changes to terms: We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your use of the website following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms and conditions as changed. For this reason, we encourage you to review these terms and conditions whenever you use the website.

Samples: Sample packs are free upon request. Our custom packed designs contain sample invitations, card stock options, and a wide variation of fine print finishes. Samples are to be used as a guide only to help ensure confidence when placing your stationery order. Paper samples can be sent free within Australia only via regular post. Sample packs ordered through Subscriptions will be posted ever Monday via regular postage only within Australia. No specific designs can be requested in these packs. All new subscribers between Monday - Thursday will have their packs posted the coming week. All new subscribers from Friday and over the weekend will have their packs posted the following week. Only one pack per new subscriber and postal address. T&C's are subject to change.
